ParentLink’s highly-talented support staff has an average of nearly 3 years’ experience working with our software. Technical and emergency support at ParentLink is available 24/7 and currently offers an average wait time of 40 seconds on phone calls. Email support is responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
If a school district locates a high priority issue, they should immediately notify ParentLink Support at 1-800-829-8107. Parents and students are advised to contact their school administrators for any ParentLink-related issues, rather than ParentLink Support directly. For both security and legal reasons we cannot assist students or parents with technical or login support.

ParentLink employs full-time technicians whose sole duty is to complement our automated monitoring services with hands-on monitoring of the ParentLink system. Two technicians are always onsite at one of our office locations all day, every day to ensure that the system is fully functional and notifications are delivering optimally.
ParentLink offers a comprehensive training program through our Customer Learning “University.” From the basic training we provide (either onsite or via teleconferencing), users become experts in the use of ParentLink.
